Over three decades, I worked my way up through the ranks to become a Regimental Sergeant Major - one of the highest-ranking Non-Commissioned Officers in the British Army. I upheld the highest standards. My role was to set the highest standards, uphold discipline, and ensure the welfare of the soldiers under my watch.
After leaving the army, I joined Omexom where I now serve as a QHSQ Advisor. The parallels are clear. Just as I once set the standards for soldiers, I now set the highest standards for safety, quality, health, and environmental practices across critical energy infrastructure projects.
